How do I use this spray?

Loosen’ Up is extremely simple to use. All you have to do is spray the solution on your main muscle groups and joints. Then you simply stretch the muscles to help work out the tension that remains. Loosen’ Up assists in the pre-exercise stretching process and also in post-exercise muscle recovery. After a long, hard workout, when your muscles are sore and fatigued or even if their not, you can still apply Loosen’ Up to make sure you don’t wake up with that “I shouldn’t have done that” feeling. It’s really that simple.

 

Where do I spray it?

When applying Loosen’ Up, you should spray the main body of the muscles you intend to use in your stretching and exercise routine. Also, you can spray the joints and tendons that are associated with that muscle group to assist in increasing your overall range of motion. The areas of the body where you are most likely to spray are the neck, shoulders, back, hip, elbows, wrists, thighs, knees, calves, ankle/heel and any muscle group in betweeen.

Apply Loosen’ Up to your muscles to melt away tension and as often as needed to receive the perceived desired effect.
